Details
A vulnerability was found in Cacti (Log Management Software) and classified as critical. This issue affects an unknown functionality of the file graph_view.php of the component Login. The manipulation of the argument login_username with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Impacted is confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The summary by CVE is:
Multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in Cacti 0.8.7 before 0.8.7b and 0.8.6 before 0.8.6k allow remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the (1) graph_list parameter to graph_view.php, (2) leaf_id and id parameters to tree.php, (3) local_graph_id parameter to graph_xport.php, and (4) login_username parameter to index.php/login.
