Opera before 9.26 allows remote attackers to "bypass sanitization filters" and conduct cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks via crafted attribute values in an XML document, which are not properly handled during DOM presentation.
The bug was discovered 02/20/2008. The weakness was released 02/28/2008 with Mozilla (Website). The advisory is available at opera.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2008-1082 since 02/28/2008.
