SQL injection vulnerability in staff/index.php in Kayako SupportSuite 3.20.02 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the customfieldlinkid parameter in a delcflink action.

The weakness was disclosed 08/09/2008 by James Bercegay with Gulftech (Website). The advisory is shared for download at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2008-3701 since 08/15/2008. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be launched remotely. A simple authentication is needed for exploitation.
