A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in Turnkeywebtools PHP Live Helper up to 2.0 (Programming Language Software). This issue affects the function get of the file onlinestatus_html.php of the component Helper. The manipulation of the argument dep with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. SQL injection vulnerability in onlinestatus_html.php in Turnkey PHP Live Helper 2.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the dep parameter, related to lack of input sanitization in the get function in global.php.
The weakness was shared 08/21/2008 by James Bercegay with Gulftech (Website). The advisory is shared at securityfocus.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2008-3762 since 08/21/2008.
