The weakness was shared 01/10/2012 by Neel Mehta with Google as MS12-004 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is available at technet.microsoft.com. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability was named CVE-2012-0004 since 11/09/2011. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details and also a private exploit are known.
