A vulnerability was found in PlaySMS 0.9.3. It has been rated as critical. This issue affects an unknown code block of the component Themes. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities in playSMS 0.9.3 allow remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files via directory traversal sequences in the (1) gateway_module parameter to plugin/gateway/gnokii/init.php and the (2) themes_module parameter to plugin/themes/default/init.php.
