A vulnerability has been found in IBM Tivoli Endpoint Manager up to 8.x (Directory Service Software) and classified as critical. Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in IBM Tivoli Endpoint Manager (TEM) 8 before 8.2 patch 3 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the ScheduleParam parameter to the webreports program.

The weakness was presented 03/14/2012 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at www-01.ibm.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2012-0719 since 01/17/2012. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation.
