The weakness was published 04/05/2012 by Abhishek Arya (Inferno) with Google Chrome Security Team as 120189 (Website). The advisory is shared at code.google.com. The public release has been coordinated with Google. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2011-3077 since 08/09/2011. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Technical details are unknown but a private exploit is available.
