A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in Joomlamo Com Jinventory up to 1.23.1 (Content Management System). This affects some unknown functionality of the file jinventory.php. The manipulation of the argument controller with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. Directory traversal vulnerability in jinventory.php in the JInventory (com_jinventory) component 1.23.02 and possibly other versions before 1.26.03, a module for Joomla!, allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the controller parameter to index.php.

The weakness was published 04/05/2010 by Chip d3 bi0s (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at extensions.joomla.org. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2010-1305.
