Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in WebKit in Apple Safari before 5.0 on Mac OS X 10.5 through 10.6 and Windows, and before 4.1 on Mac OS X 10.4, allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via vectors related to a malformed URL.
The weakness was presented 06/11/2010 by Masahiro Yamada (TippingPoint) with Context Information Security (Website). The advisory is available at vupen.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2010-0544. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation.
