A vulnerability was found in Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.235 (Multimedia Player Software) and classified as problematic. Affected by this issue is the function SoundMixer.computeSpectrum. The weakness was shared 06/08/2012 by Mitsuaki Shiraishi (team509) with Symantec Consulting Services Japan as APSB12-14 as confirmed bulletin (Website). The advisory is shared for download at jvn.jp. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2012-2038 since 04/02/2012. The attack may be launched remotely.
