A vulnerability was found in Opera Web Browser up to 7.19 (Web Browser). It has been rated as critical. Affected by this issue is an unknown code of the component Keyboard Sequence. Opera before 11.65 does not ensure that keyboard sequences are associated with a visible window, which makes it easier for user-assisted remote attackers to conduct cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks or execute arbitrary code via a crafted web site, related to a "hidden keyboard navigation" issue.
The weakness was shared 06/14/2012 by Jordi Chancel with Code Audit Labs (Website). The advisory is available at opera.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2012-3555 since 06/14/2012.
