Moodle 2.0.x before 2.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to cause a denial of service (invalid database records) via a series of crafted comments operations.

The advisory is shared for download at git.moodle.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2011-4292 since 11/04/2011. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely.
