A vulnerability was found in Geeklog up to 1.35 (Blog Software) and classified as problematic. Affected by this issue is an unknown code block of the file admin/configuration.php. Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in admin/configuration.php in Geeklog before 1.7.1sr1 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the sub_group parameter, a different vulnerability than CVE-2011-4942.
The bug was discovered 12/30/2010. The weakness was released 01/04/2011 (Website). The advisory is available at osvdb.org. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2011-5159 since 09/09/2012.
