The WebLaunch feature in Cisco Secure Desktop before 3.6.6020 does not properly validate binaries that are received by the downloader process, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via vectors involving (1) ActiveX or (2) Java components, aka Bug IDs CSCtz76128 and CSCtz78204.

The weakness was presented 09/24/2012 with Cisco (Website). The advisory is available at tools.cisco.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2012-4655 since 08/24/2012. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
