This vulnerability affects an unknown code block of the component Process Integration Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a privileges management vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-269. The product does not properly assign, modify, track, or check privileges for an actor, creating an unintended sphere of control for that actor. As an impact it is known to affect confidentiality, and integrity.

The weakness was disclosed 09/11/2012 by Alexander Polyakov, Alexey Tyurin and Alexandr Minozhenko with ERPScan as DSECRG-12-036 as not defined advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at erpscan.com. The public release has been coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details are unknown but a private exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1068.
