A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in vector Cacti 0.8.8b (Log Management Software). Affected is an unknown function of the file graph_xport.php. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-89. SQL injection vulnerability in graph_xport.php in Cacti 0.8.8b allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via unspecified vectors.
The weakness was released 04/10/2014 by Murray McAllister as Bug 1084258 as not defined bug report (Bugzilla). The advisory is available at bugzilla.redhat.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2014-2708 since 04/01/2014. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication.
