A vulnerability classified as critical was found in IBM Security AppScan Enterprise up to 9.0.1. Affected by this vulnerability is some unknown processing of the component Archive Handler. The weakness was presented 12/17/2014 as swg21693035 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared at www-01.ibm.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2014-6119 since 09/02/2014. The exploitation appears to be difficult. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1059 for this issue.
The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 124202 (IBM Security AppScan Enterprise Multiple Security Vulnerabilities).
