A vulnerability has been found in Debian apt-cacher 0.7.26 and classified as problematic. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown part of the file job.cc. Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in job.cc in apt-cacher-ng 0.7.26 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via a crafted URL.
The weakness was released 10/06/2014 by Yves-Alexis Perez as Bug 1111807 as not defined bug report (Bugzilla). It is possible to read the advisory at bugzilla.redhat.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2014-4510 since 06/22/2014. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
