A vulnerability has been found in McAfee ePO Deep Command 2.1/2.2 and classified as problematic. This vulnerability affects some unknown functionality of the component Windows Search Path Handler. Multiple unquoted Windows search path vulnerabilities in the (1) Client Management and (2) Gateway in McAfee ePO Deep Command 2.1 and 2.2 before HF 1058831 allow local users to gain privileges via unspecified vectors.

The weakness was released 05/14/2015 with McAfee (Website). The advisory is available at kc.mcafee.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2015-3987 since 05/14/2015. Local access is required to approach this attack. A single authentication is required for exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
