A vulnerability was found in Rockwell RSLinx Classic up to 3.72.x and classified as critical. This issue affects an unknown part of the file OPCTest.exe of the component CSV File Handler. Stack-based buffer overflow in OPCTest.exe in Rockwell Automation RSLinx Classic before 3.73.00 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted CSV file.
The weakness was disclosed 05/17/2015 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at ics-cert.us-cert.gov. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2014-9204 since 12/02/2014.
