The weakness was published 06/10/2015 as MS15-061 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is available at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2015-1768 since 02/17/2015. Local access is required to approach this attack. The successful exploitation needs a single authentication. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit.
