This affects the function new_fb_sign_button of the file nextend-facebook-connect.php. The manipulation of the argument redirect_to with an unknown input leads to a cross site scripting vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-79. Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the new_fb_sign_button function in nextend-facebook-connect.php in Nextend Facebook Connect plugin before 1.5.6 for WordPress allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the redirect_to parameter.

The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation.
