The weakness was released 07/20/2015 by Mateusz Jurczyk with Google Project Zero as MS15-078 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is shared for download at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2015-2426 since 03/19/2015. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation.
