The weakness was published 02/12/2013 by Mateusz Jurczyk, Gynvael Coldwind and Fermin Serna (iDefense) with Google Security Team as APSB13-05 as not defined advisory (Website). The advisory is shared at adobe.com. The public release has been coordinated with Adobe. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2013-1372 since 01/16/2013. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available.
