The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2015-3751 since 05/07/2015. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. An issue existed where websites with video controls would load images nested in object elements in violation of the website's Content Security Policy directive.

Upgrading to version 6.2.8, 7.1.8 or 8.0.8 eliminates this vulnerability. A possible mitigation has been published immediately after the disclosure of the vulnerability. The advisory contains the following remark:
