dyld in Apple OS X before 10.10.5 does not properly validate pathnames in the environment, which allows local users to gain privileges via unspecified vectors.
The weakness was published 08/11/2015 by Maxime Villard with Google Security Team as HT205031 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at support.apple.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2015-3760 since 05/07/2015. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication.
