The weakness was shared 03/12/2013 by iDefense with iDEFENSE as APSB13-09 as confirmed advisory (Website) via iDefense. The advisory is shared at adobe.com. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2013-0646 since 12/18/2012. The exploitation is known to be difficult. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available.
