This vulnerability is known as CVE-2013-2554 since 03/10/2013. The exploitation appears to be easy. Attacking locally is a requirement. A single authentication is required for exploitation. It is declared as proof-of-concept. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 100147 (Microsoft Internet Explorer Multiple Remote Code Execution Vulnerabilities (MS13-037)).
