The weakness was presented 04/02/2013 by Shuichiro Suzuki (Ash) with Dell as MFSA2013-34 as confirmed advisory (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at mozilla.org. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with Mozilla. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2013-0797 since 01/02/2013. Attacking locally is a requirement. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available.
