A vulnerability was found in Apple Mac OS X up to 10.11.3 (Operating System). It has been declared as critical. The weakness was published 03/21/2016 by Francis Provencher (Proteas) with Google Project Zero as HT206167 as confirmed advisory (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at support.apple.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2016-1768 since 01/13/2016. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
