A vulnerability was found in Active News Manager (affected version not known). It has been classified as critical. This affects some unknown functionality of the file activenews_search.asp. The manipulation of the argument query with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
