A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in StoreSprite (affected version not known). Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file secure/login.php. The manipulation of the argument next with an unknown input leads to a cross site scripting vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-80. The product receives input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special characters such as "<", ">", and "&" that could be interpreted as web-scripting elements when they are sent to a downstream component that processes web pages. Impacted is integrity.
The weakness was disclosed 08/10/2007 by r0t (Website). The advisory is available at pridels-team.blogspot.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2007-4307 since 08/13/2007. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim.
