A vulnerability was found in GD Graphics Library up to 2.2.2 (Image Processing Software). It has been rated as critical. The gdImageCreateFromTgaCtx function in the GD Graphics Library (aka libgd) before 2.2.3 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a crafted TGA file.
The weakness was presented 08/12/2016 by Gustavo Grieco (Website). The advisory is shared for download at lists.opensuse.org. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2016-6132 since 06/30/2016.
