Details
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in ReadyDesk 9.1. This issue affects an unknown function of the file chat/openattach.aspx. The manipulation of the argument FNAME with the input value SQL_Config.aspx leads to a path traversal vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Impacted is confidentiality, and integrity. The summary by CVE is:
