A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in Wireshark up to 2.0.5 (Packet Analyzer Software). Affected by this issue is an unknown function of the file epan/dissectors/packet-catapult-dct2000.c of the component Catapult DCT2000 Dissector. Stack-based buffer overflow in epan/dissectors/packet-catapult-dct2000.c in the Catapult DCT2000 dissector in Wireshark 2.x before 2.0.6 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) via a crafted packet.
