The bug was discovered 01/10/2017. The weakness was disclosed 01/10/2017 by Natalie Silvanovich with Microsoft Vulnerability Research as APSB17-02 as confirmed security bulletin (Website). The advisory is shared at helpx.adobe.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2017-2936 since 12/02/2016. The attack can be launched remotely.
