A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in Hitek Automize up to 10.25/11.14. This vulnerability affects an unknown function of the file sshProfiles.jsd. Information Disclosure can occur in sshProfiles.jsd in Hitek Software's Automize because of the Read attribute being set for Users. This allows an attacker to recover encrypted passwords for SSH/SFTP profiles. Verified in all 10.x versions up to and including 10.25, and all 11.x versions up to and including 11.14.
The bug was discovered 01/23/2017. The weakness was presented 01/23/2017 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at rastamouse.me. This vulnerability was named CVE-2016-10104 since 01/02/2017. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available.
