The bug was discovered 03/08/2017. The weakness was disclosed 03/08/2017 by rgod with Zero Day Initiative as [security bulletin] HPESBHF03714 rev.1 - HPE Intelligent Management Center (IMC) PLAT, Local Arbitrary File Download as confirmed mailinglist post (Bugtraq) via ZDI (Zero Day Initiative).
