A vulnerability was found in ImageMagick up to 6.9.5-7 (Image Processing Software). It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function WritePDBImage of the file coders/pdb.c. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a memory corruption vulnerability. The bug was discovered 12/26/2016. The weakness was released 03/23/2017 by Bastien Roucaries (oss-sec). It is possible to read the advisory at openwall.com.
