A vulnerability was found in Adobe Flash Player up to 25.0.0.127 (Multimedia Player Software) and classified as critical. This issue affects the function getter/setter of the component ActionScript2 Parser. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a use after free vulnerability. Adobe Flash Player versions 25.0.0.127 and earlier have an exploitable use after free vulnerability in ActionScript2 when creating a getter/setter property. Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary code execution.
The bug was discovered 04/11/2017. The weakness was disclosed 04/12/2017 with Zero Day Initiative (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at helpx.adobe.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2017-3062 since 12/02/2016. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
