OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision Library) through 3.3 has an out-of-bounds write error in the function FillColorRow4 in utils.cpp when reading an image file by using cv::imread.
The bug was discovered 08/04/2017. The weakness was presented 08/07/2017 (Website). The advisory is shared at github.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2017-12606 since 08/06/2017.
