The weakness was shared 09/10/2013 by Jon Butler with MWR Labs/InfoSecurity as 286975 (Website). The advisory is shared at code.google.com. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2013-2922 since 04/11/2013. The exploitation appears to be difficult. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Technical details and also a public exploit are known.
