A vulnerability was found in OpenCV 3.3.1 (Image Processing Software) and classified as critical. This issue affects the function cv::PxMDecoder::readData

OpenCV 3.3.1 has a Buffer Overflow in the cv::PxMDecoder::readData function in grfmt_pxm.cpp, because an incorrect size value is used.
The bug was discovered 12/19/2017. The weakness was presented 12/29/2017 (Website). The advisory is shared at github.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2017-17760 since 12/19/2017.
