The bug was discovered 04/20/2010. The weakness was released 02/19/2018 by AbdulAziz Hariri (Website). The advisory is shared at symantec.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2010-0109 since 12/31/2009. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available.
