The bug was discovered 09/11/2018. The weakness was presented 09/11/2018 with Baidu as confirmed security update guide (Website). The advisory is shared at portal.msrc.microsoft.com. It is assigned to the family Windows : Microsoft Bulletins and running in the context l. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 371164 (Microsoft Windows Security Update September 2018).
Applying a patch is able to eliminate this problem. A possible mitigation has been published immediately after the disclosure of the vulnerability.
