The weakness was released 05/02/2014 by William Costa and Enrique Nissim as FG-IR-14-013 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at fortiguard.com. The public release was coordinated with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2014-3115 since 04/29/2014. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details and also a exploit are known.
