A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in Microsoft DirectX up to 9.0a. This issue affects some unknown functionality in the library quartz.dll. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a memory corruption vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-119.
