The weakness was presented 04/11/2006 by Sowhat with Nevis Labs as MS06-013 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). It is possible to read the advisory at microsoft.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2006-1185. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
