Uapplication Ublog Reload stores sensitive information under the web root with insufficient access control, which allows remote attackers to download a database via a direct request for mdb-database/blog.mdb (aka mdb-database/blog.msb).

The weakness was shared 04/28/2005 by Team-evil MOroccain Hackers (Website). The advisory is shared at milw0rm.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2005-1426 since 05/03/2005. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known.
